This is a top Italian by any standard. Service, setting, food quality and presentation are not to fault. I do like it's consistency over the years where I had not a single disappointing experience. Truffle season is my preferred time at Nicholini's - simply wonderful. Traveler Tipp 1: The lunch deal is very good value for money as it comes... More

Quiet night there...Very lovely place...View is superb and the design of this restaurant is just awesome... Superb wine selection.^.!.^.but lag of service knowledge... Food was really good till the main course... We went for the Tbone...(our mistake) No taste and most important don't let the waiter prepare it...Carve it yourself unless you won't have any meat in your plate!! Dessert... More

It is a great place, but it is more for business lunches compared to Gaddis at Peninsula or Caprice at Four Seasons. Because of the ambience, I will go for Gaddis and Caprice first.

Although I was staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong during Christmas week, a member of the concierge staff named Nicholini's at the Hong Kong Conrad Hotel as an excellent choice for Italian food, and he was spot on. The Northern Italian cuisine and service did not disappoint, but the thing I remember most about Nicholini's was an... More

Had a dinner at Nicholini's and found it odd how few people were there. It made the atmosphere of the restaurant a lot more formal, pretentious and oddly quiet, perhaps 6:30pm was too early on that day. The service was very good but not overly attentive as one would generally find at a restaurant of this ranking and cost. Had... More

A huge disappointment based on Trip Advisor rating. Dinner started with our server fawning over the 2 men in our group and totally ignoring the 2 women to a point where we had to remind the server that it was not acceptable in our culture to do so.. Despite being billed as a top notch Italian restaurant there was very... More

We were staying at the Conrad Hotel and we enjoy Italian food so thought we would try Nicholini's. The dress code is 'smart casual' so my husband was smartly dressed in good casual trousers and a shirt but no tie, I was in a dress; however it was clear we were very under dressed compared to the majority of the... Nicholini's used to be a famous Italian restaurant in Hong Kong. It's well located right in the Pacific Place shopping Mall's Conrad hotel. Thus, it's expected that the price is high. The service of this restaurant is OK and the decoration is decent. Its food quality is generally good except that the biscuits come along with the coffee caused both... More

I found the best Burrata here in town. Service is attentive and nice ambience. Just a bone to pick with is that Canoli is not served here. But I found a good substitute, high standard Tiramisu to complement my meal.

Definitely one of the highest quality Italian restaurants in Hong Kong. Tender and delicious grills. Delectable pastas. The service is excellent. The only problem is that the prices are rather high. But the food is so good that I won't deduct a star for the prices.
