I thought I have seen everything, obviously I am wrong about this restaurant. Cannot get any worst place in terms of choice of food, quality of food, and service. They even overcharge you for HK10 more for each food item during the Chinese Holiday period...on top of the menu price(which I think is illegal). Will not come back. Ever.More

We came here on august 20 around 8pm As this was the restaurant that looked kinda elegant I decided to choose this with my hubby. When we sat down I chose the pepper chicken and was told it was all sold out So I chose...the fish burger after 5 mins waitress said it was sold out. So I chose the burger to be told it’s sold out. Instead hubby and I chose the tomhawks steak for two . The waitress asked us what we would like for our bread . We chose croissant to be told they have sold out too!!! It was terrible . I really wanted to walk out! I’ve never felt like it but it was the first time ever . The food did come but they served us our fries before the main dishes “ tomhawks” So we told wAitress what was point of having chips on our table before the main came ? So it could get cold? She remove it . It eventually came back with our mains. The waitress was great and did feel embarrassed herself that whatever we called wasn’t available. The place itself was nice but the actual service was actually terrible ! I don’t think we would ever go again.More

High tea is really a dessert tier platter in case you were expecting finger sandwiches. We also ordered two ice cream platters which included a lot of bread - unusual I thought. Obviously an experience one must try for oneself. I don't think I would...come back.More

The food there is good with delicious bread (set dinner). Better go there before the peak hour or you must wait for a long time. The soup was better in the past somehow.

The food was good and the service was good, the staff were polite and friendly. The price was slightly on the expensive side but not too high in comparison with other restaurants in Hong Kong.

The food is affordable, they have a dinner set for two, and the variety is good. From salad / soup to bun to main course and finally topping up with daily dessert. The set comes with a drink each. Quality wise, good. Ordered a mixed...grill set, the lamb chop, prawn and steak was done with perfection. Nice pumpkin rice too. If you feel like having Western food in Hong Kong, should give this a try!More

Ordered escargots, steak sandwich, spaghetti, and drinks. The starter finally made it once the main course dishes were empty. The beer barely made it after 30 mins when we already ate. The most memorable item was the bread which was fresh, probably from the bakery...opposite and not the restaurant's kitchen!More

Worse afternoon tea I have ever had. $198 for 2, I was tempted to try it as it 'looked' good. The americano coffee was far too bitter. Lack of sandwiches/savoury options - quiche, advocado and salsa canape type thing & salmon salad. Croissant too oily...and salty. Biggest mistake was no clotted cream!! Wrong wrong wrong wrong!More

This restaurant is located in a large food court. Low partitions separate this restaurant from other restaurants in the food court given it an open feel. However, dinning in the food court needs a bit getting used to due to its openness. Compared to other...restaurants in the food court, there were plenty of choices on the menu, the prices were reasonable, and the line for a table was shorter than other restaurants. We had a set dinner there. There were 3 to 4 set menus to choose from. The set menus include a drink, soup and salad, main course and dessert. The set menu offered the best value. The food will above expectation for a food court style restaurant. Service was excellent and fast which was probably why we didn't have to wait long for a table. The only complaint was the cutlery were mixed together in a tray making self distribution difficult. There were also insufficient quantities for our party of 6. If possible, sit at a table close to the perimeter of the restaurant. There is a bit more room and you don't need to squeeze by other tables to get to yours.More

We ate at Parkview Restaurant in Sha Tin a couple weeks back for lunch, ordering from their lunch set menu. The two meals were quite large, decent quality and a bit pricey. Neither meal was bad but both somewhat forgettable, making it difficult to imagine...returning for future meals. We ordered the G) Grilled U.S. Pork Chop & Jumbo Chicken Sausage w/Pineapple Honey Sauce (HK$76) and the I) Mixed Grill Classic (HK$84). Both meals we rated at (2.5-2.75 of 5 rating), making the meal feel too expensive for the taste and overall quality of the food. However, the portions were generous and we were both quite full afterward. We don't prefer heavy lunches and considering the food wasn't particularly special, I doubt we will return to Parkview and thus don't offer recommendation for it on the basis of our recent lunch here.More
