Restaurant is in the K-11 complex. It has a modern setting and serves good food. The food is very tasty and good for HK
We ate here one night during our stay in HK last week. We had booked in a movie at 9pm and arived at the restaurant around 7 thinking 2 hours was ample time to eat and then catch the movie. We were received very coldly by the staff who seem to be on a slo-mo drug (the guy/girl in glasses... More
Being familiar with the Sydney version of this authentic Thai restaurant, my wife and I had to look it up on our recent visit to HK. It was as good as ever, from the congenial host Kham, to the wonderful dishes that we let him choose for us. The spicy prawn sashimi and duck curry were particularly memorable. Kham's knowledge... This is a tiny, cosy restaurant located on Hanoi Road. We went there after our half day work. So the restaurant does not too many people at 3pm. Got a chance met with the owner - Chef Kham who recommended us few dishes which are all very tasty.
We enjoyed a feast of the best fresh pruduce delicately cooked and presented in the traditional manner. The restaurant has a relaxed and friendly style with attentive and good humoured staff. We visited this restaurant last night and had some of the best Thai food I have tasted outside of Thailand. The owner spent time talking to us about his restaurants and Thai food from different regions. He prepared a stir fry prawn dish and a chicken curry which were outstanding. Both dishes were from North Thailand and did not have... More
As lovers of Thai food in Sydney, we did not really expect a Hong Kong experience to match that. It did, and more. Generous portions and flavoursome had us returning twice. Relaxing, great service and good conversation with the owner Kham. A good selection of wines also on offer. Highly recommended if you're looking for somewhere quiet to chill out.
