Had the xiao long bao. An order of noodles is a lot for one person. Can be shared by 2-3 people. Kinda pricey. Not sure if prices are the same at other branches or just because this is at the airport.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Crystal Jade. While waiting for your seat you can watch the workers efficiently make noodles and dim sum in the viewing window. What impressed us most was the delicous fresh taste of the food. Reasonably priced too. Go for it.
there's no need to go far to find authentic good food. i was intrigued by the chef making noodles by hands at the glass window. that caused me to walk in and tried it out. the food is very very good. service is excellent. since i don't speak Chinese, our food experience in Hong Kong was a little bit challenging....

You must go and experience Crystal Jade's famous dumplings and other food offerings when in Hong Kong. I visited the the two in Causeway Bay on my last two trips to HKG. Cheap, unpretentious, hustle and bustle, abrupt service (I love it), quality food, great tea, beer with pull rings what more can you ask for. I wonder why its...

I went to the branch in ifc. Their services are very very poor. When I sat down, there were two glasses of tea on the table. Obviously, they were left by the previous customers. When we requested to change a new one, the waitress was rude and not willing to change them! The juice of meat dumplings were completely leaked...

Good dumplings, yummy stringbeans with minced pork, quick service, endless tea. Although it was busy, no one rushed us out.
Takes the dilemma away from whether you want to order a side dish on top of the la mian - they have this set meal now that you can have your choice of noodles and side dish. Value for money!
One of the best places to get chinese noodles. They have great selection of dumplings and xiao long pao. Must also try the chicken with cashews and crystal prawns. The place tend to be crowded during lunch and dinner peak hours so best to go there earlier than usual.
