Quite packed even in late hours. Clean. Big menu with English and pictures. Staff don't speak English. Tasting menu 120¥ for two. Food was good, but can't say that any exceptional is there.

This branch of the popular Cantonese restaurant chain has the nicest location of the group: a three floor, temple decorated affair just outside the South gate of Ditan Park, across the 2nd Ring Road from the Lama Temple. The DimSum is not the best in Beijing, that accolade belongs to Lei Garden, but it is inexpensive, tasty and arrives quickly....

Convenient location. Just take subway line 2 (circle line) to the Lama Temple. It's just across the street from the exit. Open 24-hours, they have a huge menu. Dim sum quality is always good and good value. If you go during peak dinner hours be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes.
This is a restaurant located near Yonghe Lama Temple. And it is a good place for Guangdong food, not expensive, but tasty. I always go here with my friends for supper.
I recommend Crispy Durian Cake and Steamed Rice Rolls, very nice taste! As good as in Guangzhou.
Also the waiters here are wll trained, serving with good manner.

I go there very often, i love the Guangdong food, delicate noodles, soup, and chicken foot, very tasty, the restaurant is always crowded with people who love food.
Go there everytime when I am in Beijing (since a Client's office's nearby).
The food's fantastic...love those dim sum, got so many choices that each time i could try something different. But sometimes when during the peak time, you can tell the food's not freshly made.
And the restaurant is always busy and crowded, particularly during the night, which means...

The food there tastes as good as five years ago, but way too many people now. Waiters and waitresses were exhuasted. They messed up our orders without proper apology. Maybe go earlier next time when less people there.
There are varities of dim sum for you to choose from. Everything looks so good. The food is cheap and delicious, however, service is just so-so. The shrimp dumpling, siew mai and chestnut cake are a must order. I prefer the Datunlu branch, staffs service are better. I highly recommend Jin ding xuan.
Best Cantonese Food in Beijing. Excellent Dimsum selection. The Hakao (Shrimp Dumpling) is the bomb! Inexpensive place; lots of people come and go. A must-try when you go to Beijing. We ate at their branch near Datunlu East Subway Station (Line 5).
It is a great palces to eat some food like normal dishes and i had some chinese local brekfast one week ago .
