This was a professional dinner held by my husband's employer. We wined and dined in an atmosphere that was professional and the ambiance great. Everything had been well thought out e.g. the salads were mixed and served to each persons preference and it didn't take long. More

We went with a big group for the afternoon tea and I was expecting something rather more impressive. It was ok but don't think you are going to the Ritz or the Peninsular. You pay nearly as much though. More

Norfolk is the old standby for tourists and diplomats. It's extremely classy and I've probably logged half a dozen stays there over the past several years. It has a higher end restaurant out back, a nice pool, and pleasant bar and entry area. Sadly, the rooms are a bit dated but the overall feel of the place makes up for... More

Hadn't been there for a while and not appreciated just how much work had gone into refurbishing the place. It is a beautiful beautiful hotel. More

It is first of all an excellent restaurant within a very historical hotel. After reading the excellent James Fox' book "White Mischief" on lifestyle in Nairobi during colonial period, we can imagine the hot week-end atmosphere in the 1930s and the furnitures replaced every Monday after a week-end of titled hedonists general fighting. Lord Delamere restaurant offers top-level service and... More
