Authentic food and drinks. If it were a tad larger it would be perfect, it's just too crowded, yet I'd recommend it for any one visiting el Hussein, Khan Khalili or Muaz L Deen Ellah street.

it is was very interesting night in this cafe ,, with traditional food and friendly ppl stuff .. i am happy to been there in Cairo old city ... i hope visit it again

We usually go there for the excellent food and music. It is Egypt as we like it, bot nessessarily how Mahfouz know it. Because it was being renovated we went to Fishawi, which made us appreciate this coffee shop even more..,, next time for sure

This is an okay place to visit in the Khan al Khalili. The food is not spectacular, but it is generally safe and has the cleanest bathrooms in the suq.

you feel that you are in orient and it has its own style. It is clean, safe, airconditioned, well served, good food, nice servers, calm and enjoyable environment. Limited but very nice and traditional menu.

This is the best dining option if you want to have a bite while shopping in Khan el Khalili or if you've just finished visiting Sultan Hassan or Islamic Cairo. The food is consistently good and clean. The service is good. Finish your meal with a shisha. Decor is traditional.
