Decided to give it a second try, it was the same disappointment...everything was greasy, specially the "Monte Cristo" sandwich. The burger was terrible, the proportion between the patty and bread was not balanced, the bread fell apart. Very dry chicken wings! I go this place couple of times couple of times/month on avg. The meals are great, service is good and i definitely love how spacious and cozy it is at the same time. While visiting friends in La Paz, we ate at 'Charlie Papa' twice in a 10 day period. It is very Americanized and similar to a Chili's and or Taco Mac. The portions are quite large so make sure you order the "half size." And, the juices are excellent. The service is good but not superb. More
