I have to admit I only had Indian food in only 2 places so far, Al Hindi in Beirut, and Khan in London. I loved the food at al Hindi, shame that not many know this restaurant. Or the food they serve here. I would love to go again sometime soon
There appear to be a shortage of restaurants in Beirut with some fire and spice. For visiting Brits used to a decent Indian this is one of only two curry houses worth visiting. Most of the dishes are easily recognisable. Rich, full of flavour and extremely good portions, the rice is enough for two as are most of the side... More
This was one of those places that you walk into and you are not sure what to expect. The restaurant was empty other than one other table, which in retrospect is a shame because the food is 'Fantastic'. So all I can say to those who walk away due to lack of populous is think again and to all those... More

There are... More
Neither the mood, neither the food neither the service............. In one word nothing worth trying this establishment. A pure disappointment............ NO FLAVOR.... Where are the spices.... where are the indian aromas????
This restaurant is in The Palm Beach Hotel, It is by far in my experience the best most accommodating of Indians. They will really spice it up for you and even make things, If they have the ingreidients that are not on the menu! Try very spicey Lamb Jalfreizi its excellent ! Naan bread is also the best I have...
