Superb food and service for a great cause. Tables quite close together so no chance for intimate chat but you'll be too busy enjoying the food / marvelling at the concept (be sure to read the organisation's leaflet) to mind too much. A really lovely lunch. More

Loved the food and the concept of this restaurant and the cakes were fantastic. Service was patchy but this is a teaching restaurant . Great to talk to the founder More

We went to Koto on reccomendation of a local Hanoi expat we met on our trip alongside the trusty Lonely Planet! as I'm sure you know the concept of Koto is that it's set-up to help street children get established through experiencing work- the whole experience is incredibly sweet- the staff are all red/ green/ amber on their t shirts... I love this place. They have very comfortable couches, with very good service. Also, the prices were extremely good for a sit down restaurant in Hanoi. The only real problem is that it's become extremely popular and sometimes you can't find a place to sit. All sorts of families and tourist stop by during the day to eat lunch, so... More

We spent 5 days in Hanoi recently & had lunch at KOTO twice. The food was of a very high standard & served by wonderful young people. There may not have been "Polish" on the service but these young people try sooo hard. On both occasions we had a wonderful experience. More

Very touristy so very clean and comfortable. Don't go here for local food but my partner and I enjoyed the lemongrass chicken and marinated tofu. Also quite liked the chocolate mousse. The hummingbird cake was average but still nice. Service is quite good. All up, no complaints for 3 yummy courses for $20 US with drinks. More

Had lunch here, it was excellent. The restaurant serves to help train at-risk youth to be employable. Clean, busy, friendly. Great for people watching. Across the street from Temple of Literature. More

Ate here twice. Clean and tasty. Nice casual atmosphere. A bit out of the way but a taxi ride will get you there is no time. The salads were very tasty. Both times we were there is was very busy but we didn't have to wait long for meals. This does get full with tours group for lunch but if... More

Everything we tried here was great. Very tasty food including desserts and good service. Prices are higher than other restaurants but it shows in the quality as well. More
