it opens 24 hours and coz it's a chain res, you won't get too disappointed with price or food. but not too excited either coz I don't think they have anything special.

All the staff look under paid at this restaurant. They all look so unhappy and frustrated with their jobs. One of the managers was actually yelling at one of the waiters in the middle of the restaurant. The waiter in return was mocking the manager behind his back. The Citystar chain of restaurants tend to be open at all hours. The service is usually decent, pricing a little expensive but the quality of yum cha items make it worthwhile.
They sell a lot of traditional yum cha items such as dim sim, shark fin dumpling etc but put a bit of their own variation to them. Very nice...
