After a hot day in Accra, almost nothing is better than having one of NourishLab's smoothies. Admittedly pricey at 5 cedis, but worth every pesewa. Cafe is nice and spacious, with good tables for working at, if that's your thing. Also sells sandwiches and salads. Slight ding on the score as mango always seems to be unavailable at the moment.

#16 Smoothie is ridiculous - have been going there for it over the last 5 years. Worth a trip to Accra alone! Nice A/C place in the heart of Osu. Good selection of salads/sandwiches but really, why stray from #16! (#15 also gets an honourable mention).

I came across this place while walking through Osu. It's a great air conditioned smoothie bar with free wifi, plenty of seating, a huge selection of smoothies made with fresh fruit, and even salads and paninis.

This smoothy bar is located in the basement of a building just by Papaye, and makes great smoothies. I go there maybe once a week when I am in town, and they are pretty cool and allow you to go off-menu to create your own smoothie. Smoothies run at about 5ghc each.
