“Good Place to spend a few bucks”

good place to eat a stake and drink a beer, not a place to eat on a special event. This of a awesome place to drink a beer after work a chill with friends in a bar/pub environment, although please be aware that it will close by 21:30 so be quick.

Note that the "4" rating is because of the competition in Luanda. The prices for the area/Luanda are decent and the food is OK. That's about all you are going to do there. “Close to a real restaurant in a real city”

FInding a restaurant that meets European or American standards in Luanda is difficult. Snack Bar offers a lunch buffet where every item is identifiable and identified. For dinners, the salads and pizzas are quite good. Pricing is also reasonable, especially given the usual costs of Luanda. Service is spotty, but again, that's not bad for Luanda.
