I'm walking on Broad St. when start rainning, so I entered up on Nona and I have a great experience. The food is spicy and delicious. I recommend it for everyone!

Food has improved. Love to go there each year for Fat Tuesday and they have a good brunch. The seafood pirogue is always good although a little on the spicy side.

Beautifully decorated in a restored brick building on the main street in Athens, Nona is the place to go for good New Orleans cookin'. A full menu of Louisiana specialities means that it is best to have dinner with a party of friends or family so that you can share the full variiety of options. Pretty good shellfish selectiion and... More

interesting menu options, well cooked and served. competes with a number of generic euro/Italian/French/American restaurants along the same stretch of street, so the New Orleans influence makes a distinction. thoroughly enjoyed the meal

Excellent place for a date night with my husband. The atmosphere was cozy but open. We ate on the upper balcony and really enjoyed the sky light. The food was excellent, and the service was good too. I can't wait to come back!

this is one of our regular stops when we go downtown. we were fans of the original Harry Bissetts and they have keep many of our favorite menu items. plus the bartender knows how to make a great cosmopolitan. a definite plus for my wife.

We had a party of 6 with a reservation booked almost a month in advance. Got a call about two weeks out asking if I would agree to move to something called the balcony so they could close the dining room for a private party. I agreed and thought WOW - how great a balcony out of the way. They... More

I may have just ordered poorly, but my food experience was only okay. It's a pretty facility with a quieter, smaller room upstairs (had a cool, stamped metal ceiling), where we ate. Our group consisted of UGA students and their parents. Service was great. Our servers were very professional and quick to meet our needs. They were knowledgeable about the... More

Our family of six adults, two kids and one baby showed up with no reservation and were seated. Had spent day moving in a family into a house so we were all pretty exhausted. The waiter was very accommodating with the kids: grill cheese and chicken tenders which weren't on the menu with french fries. Food was tasty....combination of things....everyone... More

This place has an has a kind of cajun/hippie vibe to it which is interesting and odd at the same time, the restaurant itself is sort of rustic while the staff are dressed as hippies. As far as the food, the portions are fine and the ingredients seem to be fine quality. For an appetizer I had the French onion... More
