One of the best Zip Lines we have been to , and we have been to a LOT (15) in many different countries.
Absolutely breathtaking view of the mountains surrounding town, and a wonderful ambiance that is quiet and relaxing to help you destress. You can truly appreciate your environment and all the hard work that is done by the locals by enjoying a typical meal by candlelight. While you're there, get the full service dinner - try the jamaica con vodka, as... More
I heard so much about this place....had to go, and certainly will go there again...next time to stay there! We went to see the sunset, take photographs, hear nature, enjoy the taste of Honduras in food with pleasant presentation. Friendly staff. A place to take things easy, learn about Honduras, its food and it's way of living in a "pueblo"!
We had a very pleasant dinner there, the service was great, the staff very friendly. The food is typical local food, I guess that is why nobody ever said "Tonight I feel like Honduran..." But definitely worth one night.

A beautiful setting overlooking the river, a nice basic lunch, then a stroll along the sendero before returning to our hotel in town. It was a really nice experience...until I asked for the bill. Wow! $25 each... More
The views are quite nice and the setting is quite tranquil. The food is tasty, but be warned that for dinner the menu is 'pre-set' and there's not much choice. The drawback is the price, which is high for Honduras, but reasonable considering the quality of food and service.
Lovely people, great view from the city of Copan Ruinas, delightful food. It's a must if you visit Copan!
We spent over four hours there enjoying the hacienda and watching the sunset over the river and the ruins. The 5 course meal was perfect and the owner gave us a free glass of red wine to help us celebrate.
Hacienda San Lucas is located just a few kms from the main plaza, its worth every second you drive up there. Between the mountains, natural rainforest you'll find a warm welcome, a hill that overlooks the Copan Valley and a great spot to meditate and pray. The only thing you need is wine, friends and loved ones to have a... More
