This is some of the best sushi I have had, anywhere. The fish is all very fresh, and everything is made to order. There is always a wait, but it is well worth it. Sushi Katsu is the place for fresh, reasonably priced sushi in Denver/Aurora.

A real sushi bar where, for 14 bucks, you get fresh made nigiri and maki that matches any ala carte bar and is light years beyond buffet quality. A real bargain and find, but be prepared for a wait of a few minutes, though their staff is highly efficient.
