Description: The legendary culinary vision of Roy Yamaguchi can be enjoyed right here in Anaheim. At Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine, our menu features the finest seafood with a focus on delicacies from the oceans around Hawaii. Each creation is a fusion of flavors found in our freshest local ingredients with European sauces and bold Asian spices and served with the spirit of Aloha, creating a dining experience that leaves you feeling like you’ve found paradise. The Anaheim restaurant is located in the Garden Walk, and features an exhibition kitchen, tropical lanai dining space and private rooms available for special events. In the kitchen, Chef Ron Plata brings his imagination and artistry to the plate every night. Salmon and Swordfish dinners were both great along with desserts. We stopped in with our young son, and it wasn't really a good fit for him, but the staff still seemed welcoming and responsive to his many questions! Very good place, probably enjoyed most without young children.

Arrived after the dinner rush, saw open tables outside. I asked for a table outside, the young hostess said there was a waiting list for tables but that I could go sit at the bar. After a long day of travel, I wanted to enjoy the fresh cool evening air, but it was not to be. I went to the... More

Roy's is a suitable restaurant of fine detail. The servers pay attention when there are food allergies and are very knowledgeable of the menu. I ate here twice last month (May 2013) while attending a conference and both times were superb. Can get a bit noisy some evenings, which makes it a bit better for larger gatherings (9+ per table).... We came with very high expectations, as we LOVE Roy's in Waikiki Beach. We brought my mother here as a treat. The service was good, our waiter was very forthcoming with his recommendations. However, he failed to warn me that the dish I had ordered was very spicy but did tell me it was the spiciest dish they had when... More

Had a great time at Roy's. Seafood was great, I really discovered new flavors... I can definitely say this experience was "flavor-astic"! We ate outside. The night we were there it was a bit chilly. They have heaters but unfortunately for us they couldn't get them working so we left right after eating.

My wife and I always try to include a visit to Roy's ever since discovering the Waikiki Oahu location. It has always been a special dining experience with which we have never been disappointed. Usually like on this trip we opt for a romantic interlude, but our boys appreciation of the unique Hawaiian Fusion cuisine usually has them begging to... More

The prices off the normal menu are a tad high, but we were there in time for the Aloha hours specials. Appetizers and drinks for a reduced price. We sat outside and people watched as we ate. The food was good and the drinks were strong. I would go back there again any time.

High end surf and turf prepared uniquely in a hip atmosphere. Swordfish, braised short ribs and auntie's sushi roll were all among best we've had anywhere. Very friendly, fun servers. Great start to our vacation. Don't let the creepy, half abandoned shopping mall right behind the restaurant steer you away.

Reading reviews from Roys led our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers to make a booking our first evening during our latest family holiday to Disneyland from Australia. We knew we woudl be tired our first evening after travelling all night so we booked online to be there during Aloha hour as this was kinder on our budget. We... More

We were going to an Angels Game and needed a little food to hold us over until after the game. We saw Roy's and dropped in. Lovely atmosphere with a very friendly staff. We ordered the Canoe for Two appetizer. It was very tasty and filling. We topped that off with a delicious Macadamia Almond Caramel Tart topped with ice... More
