Delicious homemade food, complete with freshly made bread and excellent service. The best biscuits and gravy we’ve had and definitely try the chocolate gravy—you won’t be disappointed. 10/10 will make the 16 hour drive just for this place!

This café is OK. We had a good chef’s salad, tasty pizza sandwich (but a bit small). The pies were all cool whip based, know that going in. Get a side dish because the sandwich is small. Good service, location. Lots of locals, saying "hi"...after eating, waving across room, very friendly, social crowd if you live here. Good value. Oh, the ice tea was weak.More
We drove the Boston Mountain Scenic Loop from Fayetteville to Alma and back this past weekend to enjoy the fall colors, and stopped here for lunch. Such a cute cafe - tasty food - the homemade bread on the sandwiches was so good - and...the pies, oh my! Our server was great and so patient while our little girls said their own order, and everyone we met was so kind. This may be the friendliest restaurant we've ever been in. My girls said Let's Eat was their favorite part of our little adventure that day. Thanks for a great meal, you guys!More
Ate a mid afternoon meal on Wednesday, November 3,2021. Service was excellent. Daily special was a sloppy joe on homemade bread served with baked beans and mac ‘n cheese and a slice of pie. The whole meal was delicious. The hamburger served on homemade bread...was good. Glad we followed the TripAdvisor reviews and stopped to eat. A quirky, quaint restaurant to enjoy a meal.More
The place was very clean, the staff was very friendly, very responsible prices, and everything is homemade! Delicious! Doesn't get any better than this little place. We went for breakfast, but we're planning on returning another day for dinner. We'll definitely be back !!!
What a gem! Even if you are not hungry, stop for some bread! The best I can remember eating. I’m just sorry that we didn’t save room for pie! Delicious!
We were staying in a near by hotel, and ordered a burger and chicken salad sandwich to go. The burger was delicious. However, on the menu it says the chicken salad has chicken, grapes and mayo. Does not mention that is has hardboiled egg whites...also...which I can't eat. Didn't realize this until we got back to the hotel. Disappointed!More
Great food! I had strawberry spinach salad with raspberry vinegarette & it was good. Dad had baked beans with hamburger & Mom had fiesta salad & they said they were good. Dad had cinnamon peach cobbler, Mom had bread pudding, I had sopapilla cheesecake &...all 3 were very good! They also have very good homemade bread. We will be going back. Restaurant & bathroom very clean too.More
Stopped for lunch on a Friday after I saw this place recommended in a book on Arkansas eateries. Nice and clean with friendly staff. I had a cheeseburger and potato salad. Burger was good on homemade bread that was very fresh and soft. Would have...been better if toasted more, but that's just my opinion. Potato salad was very good! Friday is free pie day so I had cherry. Pretty good pie, but the crust is just graham crackers - not crushed graham cracker crumbs, whole pieces of graham crackers. My friend had the Chicken Apple Salad Sandwich w/ smashed baked potato and he said it was good. Good food with reasonable prices. Recommended if in the area.More
I had the chicken apple pecan sandwich on sourdough and it was sooooooo delicious, and the portions are perfect. Josh is so personable and I love his customer service. He needs a raise.
The food was good and the service was great. I had to take dessert home(furnished with meal) was just to full to eat it.
Great Place! Terrific food, great service and fun atmosphere. Had the New Year’s Day Special...ham, collard greens, black eyed peas, cornbread and dessert. Chocolate lasagna was very good
Would highly recommend this restaurant. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was served on time and as ordered. I had the hot ham & cheese and my wife had the chicken salad. Definitely opt for the house bread, it’s like an upgraded Hawaiian roll-soft, sweet...and tasty. We were fortunate in that we got to try three different soups-I was very fond of the cheeseburger soup. pie is complimentary with meals on Friday, so save room. I can recommend the Elvis— peanut butter and banana. Will be back the next time I got thru AlmaMore
Food was great! Obviously made from scratch, hot and fast! Great price for everything included! My husband and I both got the meatloaf lunch special which includes meatloaf, green beans, smashed baked potato, homemade bread AND pie AND a drink all for 10.50!
We found this precious place on here!!! What a find! Husband had a club on the homemade sourdough and said it was “kinda like a club melt.” He gave me a taste of his potato casserole. It was ever bit as good as the review...said. I have the best chicken salad (grapes and apples) on the bread and thought that had reached heaven. The owner/cook came out to give me a hug, when I told our waiter that the potato salad was just like my mom’s (dead for many years). I am trying to lose weight (😂) and only had a bite of the Banana Pudding Pecan Pie (homemade crust, even!). We will make a point to pass through Alma during eating time on future trips.More
