My GF and I were exploring Georgetown when we decided to come here for Brunch. We actually decided on Peacock Cafe because of the great reviews on Yelp and we were not disappointed. Sunday Brunch seems to be a very popular meal for this restaurant so there was about a 30-40 minute wait. We went to the bar and order... More

My husband and ten year old daughter were in the area and took a chance on the Peacock Cafe, based on reviews online. We were pleased with our meals -- my husband's pork chop was moist and flavorful, and my crab cakes were full of crab, not filler. The restaurant was not very busy on a Sunday evening at 6:30,... Perfect location in Georgetown, and even better if you can sit outside and people watch. Great brunch cocktails and solid food menu at affordable prices. More

Great nachos. Great salads. Great mint lemonade. Solid lunch spot. (Although I hear they dropped their cajun chicken salad from the menu and that was why I went!!! BRING IT BACK!!!) More

We went to Peacock for breakfast. The atmosphere is very inviting, clean and cozy. The food was good, but the pancakes were amazing. They were light and fluffy, and really good. They had a good variety compared to other places nearby. Will definitely go back! More

We had reservations and were seated 45 minutes after the reservation time. Once we were seated, the service was very good and attentive. The food was excellent and the salads and tapas were generous portions, the same for the entrees. The noise level is high and difficult to talk and hear. The tables are very clsoe together. If the weather is... More

I ordered off of the $35 priced fix menu. Very acomodating and willing to make substitutions. All apps on the price fix were seafood which I do not eat and a beet salad so I subbed a garden salad. I had filet mignon with mashed potatoes. Wonderful cut and perfectly medium. Another guest with us had the same but well... More

We found this place looking for somewhere to eat in Georgetown early on a Sunday afternoon. It was very crowded, but they were able to seat us the 20 minute time frame they mentioned. Overall food was served promptly, and was very tasty. they also provided a nice selection of crayons and "projects" for small children, which was well appreciated... More

It started out that our reservation for 4 was confirmed by e-mail for a reservation for 2! After another call it was cleared up. We waited for about 15 minutes for our table. We gave our orders and we were all served except one! After waiting for quite a while and calling over the waiter and the manager the last... More
