I hardly eat out for lunch - but when I do, I get chopt. I make up my own salad with olive oil dressing and lemon juice. Their dressings can be unhealthy otherwise. Get the sea salt caramel its soooo good.

They sell salad, that you can customise or decide from a board. They are fresh, tasty, and delicious. I had them every day when I visited NY, I found it in Washington and it had the same freshness crunchy awesome salad. Recommend it.

Chop't has a wide variety of salads to choose from. All the ingredients are fresh, and the portion size is filling. Great go to place for salads. Everything was very fresh and the staff was very friendly. They offered to et me sample a salad dressing as they had so many to choose from.

I love salad as a meal and this place is great. Good ingredients, fresh and the workers are very nice. My only negative is that they have discontinued my favorite salad dressing (simple lemon). It was very good so I hope it comes back. The salads are kind of expensive but that is the going rate for lunch in DC.

First time to Chop't and had the Cobb Salad. It was quite good, and cool to watch them put it together, then chop it all up and put it in the big bowl. It soon became apparent that the salad is too much for one person, but was fresh and tasty.
