A "typical" Latvian restaurant. I had roast pork and mashed potatoes; hard to believe of such a simple dish, but it was delicious. I highly recommend it. Outdoor as well as indoor tables; I sat outside and watched the world go by.

I stopped in for dinner last night and ordered the home made dumplings (I think of them as Russian-style, but they may be traditional in Latvia too). I enjoyed them with a very nice mulled wine. Service was pretty efficient and the location is very central. It wasn't cheap, but fairly reasonably priced for the area of town.

Latvian tasting menu consisted of five dishes all of which were nicely presented and had excellent flavours. Would recommend for novices to Latvian cuisine looking to try lots of different dishes.

We had to order some extra food and another glass of wine as it was our last night of the trip and so good-...

This was my favorite meal in Riga! The hubby had a soup and beer, and I had a cheese, meat, and vegetable dish with cider. The inside of the restaurant was so original. We found the food delish and the service was just as great. It's also very reasonably priced. They seem to have several of the same restaurants in...
