One of the two restaurants in the Intercontinental. Hotel staff very quick to tell you whether your rooms includes meals - perhaps they could be taught to say "Good Morning I will add this to your bill" rather than "No, breakfast is not included with your room". Once inside, cosy, good hot and cold selection and pleasant service

OK let's get this out of the way at the start, this restaurant is not cheap. However, you absolutely get what you pay for! I had the roasted sweetbreads to start followed by the Goose. Both were beyond reproach, beautifully presented and a joy to eat, superbly washed down by an excellent bottle of Pinot Noir. The purée with the... More

I dined a the restaurant several times and it became my favorite place for business meetings. To keep it simple: Pros: - high quality food, often with local, organic ingredients, although for an unknown reason they do not mention. I know it as I get organic greens directly from the same farm that supplies them. They should advertise it! -... More

This was no doubt the best one of our four dinners in Warsaw. We got excellent food and very attentive service in a sophisticated setting. My goose carpaccio starter was the best of the kind I've had for a long time, if ever. I was totally blown away. It looked nice, the structure felt good and seasoning was just perfect.... More

During my numerous stays in Warsaw I have rarely the opportunity to hunt for a good restaurant. As this Easter week-end was more private I wanted to take my better half to nice restaurants. Now the time of the year is critical; in Warsaw, during Easter, almost everything is closed. I browsed TripAdvisor and this Platter pops up as one... More

I usually do not like the atmosphere of restaurants in big hotels... and the former Frida was just helped by great service. The service is still the same :-) and the culinary experience has made an incredible step change. Fish was fabulous. Wine choice is very good. Definitely recommended.

Food is top of the line. Pricing for foor is high but still acceptable comparing to what you get. Curious with the wine menu, it's a bit limited. But compared to the rest of the prices, pricing for winery is just too high. Service is good and comparable with top service you get in the hotel.

We consider the IC Warsaw one of the best hotels deals on any continent and stay here as often as we can. While here we always enjoy Karol Okrasa's Platter restaurant. The menu thankfully is very short and every dish is just out of this world. Prices might be high for Poland, but the quality of food make it a... More

if one had to file a criticism... the winter 2013 menu selection is small, and although the protein are diverse (goose, boar, venison, beef, etc.. but only 1 of each) the platters are quite formulaic: red meat + berry sauce + starch puree. that said, the taste is GREAT. all the meats were cooked to a tender crimson-colored perfection. pigeon...
