Good variety of tasty food cooked to order. Lovely surroundings with outside dinning available. Friendly attentive staff.
We had a lovely meal early doors with our little boy. The staff made us very welcome and even though we were the first in to eat the atmosphere was nice and friendly. I had the steak on the stone and it was outstanding, as was the chocolate cake desert. Overall excellent value for money.
We visited Kaya's twice during our one week stay in Almancil. This was due to the excellent food and service,(fillet) steak on the stone was a favourite within our party of four. The steak defiantly high quality and good flavour, for dessert the creme brûlée was also a hit with us. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely with a... More
Whenever we came back to Portugal we were visiting Kaya´s. This time, it was surprising us once again with their additional meals! However, I´ve gone back to the Feta just because I was missing it so much! It was my favorite all the time (I am a cheese lover). Staff friendly as always, sad that the waitress was not there... More
We visited for lunch as well advertised on local radio, know-one there just us! The food was minimal not matching the price! The salmon fish cakes lacked salmon and were minuscule ! All in all not as advertised all left very disappointed. Will not be returning!!
The food was brilliant. I had steak on a stone- possibly the best steak I have had (especially in The Algarve) value for money great too it's more expensive to have a rubbish steak at Monty's in Vale Do Lobo! The banoffee pie and chocolate cake are a must have. I would advise anyone to try it here, staff very... More
We have driven past many times but after reading reviews thought we'd give it a try and were so pleased we did. We had a lovely meal the sea bass in salt was wonderful, the schnitzel really good and my husband thought the salmon excellent. The recommendation from another reviewer for the pineapple delight was brilliant, we were so full... More
Definitely a favourite with our kids as the desserts are excellent. Good choice albeit a little ecletic. Starter was a little disappointing as sweetcorn tasted like tinned, but main courses were very good and desserts superb. Definitely one for the family
Ate here last night, and the meal was fantastic. The menu comprised of a mix of Portuguese but also Austrian food as the owner comes from Austria. I had the traditional Portuguese dish which was really good. There was 6 of us and we each had a different dish from the menu. The steak on the opposite table also looked... More
