It's a really special place in the world... It's contrast against the surroundings is poetic, the food is just right all the time and the owners are always there to serve you as if everyone who walked in was royalty. I couldn't recommend any other place more.

This place is misnamed; 'the cloister' would be more appropriate, sealed off as it is from the surrounding town, both physically and gastronomically. The service was great, beautiful interior. I had the Dorado & i have to say it was tasteless. Didn't have the nerve to ask for salt & pepper. Pretentious & expensive didn't add up to an experience i would want to recreate.

We had the great pleasure of dining here with friends on a quiet evening. We enjoyed the 3 and 5 course prix fixe dinners. All were interesting and well prepared.The service was beyond exceptional. It is very expensive,but well worth every peso !
