First time visitors to this brewery and we weren't disappointed. Wonderful setting looking over man made lake. Tried the beer taster which was interesting and then ordered a lovely meal followed by creme brulee- yummy ! This is another great place to visit and enjoy while touring through the south west of our beautiful state. There is just so much... More

We have been coming here every year on easter sunday since it opened and any other chance we get when visiting south. We have always enjoyed everything about it until we went this year. My father being German, I love the food and always look forward to having my german fill. The kids love it as the playground gives them... More

Great food, brilliant service & live music makes for a great weekend lunch venue. The small menu holds a few 'gems' - the duck salad, the ribeye & the lamb rack were all awesome. The decontrsucted black forrest dessert was a little bit of a let down - but only a little. It's a very scenic venue, very large building... More

I was in Perth recently visiting my sister and we went to Duckstein as she had been a few years ago and recommended it. We sat down at one table but realised there was quite a bit of food on the floor so moved to another table. We ordered a tasting tray of beers and the Brewers Pan and the... More

Just to clarify the situation ham is to pork what steak is to beef, pork denotes the whole animal and ham is regarded as cured meat from a specific section. This is German fare cooked and presented in accordance with tradition. We only use high quality authentic ingredients and price is reflected in this not to mention the beautiful surrounds... More

We enjoyed the atmosphere of the brewery so much we came twice on our trip. The first was on Mothers Day. The place was buzzing. We shared the couch by the fire with two locals and had a fabulous time. We returned for a quieter lunch and had the platter - billed as trust the chef. It was a delicious... More

Originally my girlfriend and I visited with the intention of just trying the beer. After seeing the menu we had to stay for lunch. I had the Schweinshaxe while my girlfriend had some Rabbit. Both were divine, especially pared with the delicious beer. The building and setting was comfortable but sophisticated. It wasn't cheap, but was worth every penny.

They make German / Czech style beers, which is ok, but a Pilsner and a Hefe are pretty boring styles. However their Dunkel was good and the Alt Bier was special. The had a Pale Ale that was 6.5 % but if you make German Beer why cross the line and make an English Ale. Nice Staff and Good Beer... More

Thank you for your review. We love having people that know beer visit our brewery as we are quite proud of our products. As you are obviously an enthusiast we thought we would provide you with a little more information on our beers. Our German style Pilsner is the only beer that we currently sell as a bottled product, it... More
