Our host at Yellow House recommended and superb, the wait for it all to be cooked fresh is well worth it, time to go over the road to get a drink while you wait.

I almost missed the shop as it has a really small, almost non-existent shop front. The owner was really friendly and we had scallops, flounder and baked cod. The batter was light and not oily. The fish were fresh and the chips hot! Plus it was really affordable too!

Perhaps it was because I didn't eat the takeaways immediately, or perhaps expectations were too high (since this place won awards)...But I have to say that the fish was nice but not really fantastic.
