Off the beaten track, Cafe de Paris is run by a french woman who has made a little piece of Paris in Rotorua. Beautiful crepes, pastries, light meals and not with the inflated prices of the main strip. Open till late afternoon but maybe not at night? Check it out, my favourite find.

If you have time, indulge in the crèpes. I just had a chocolate croissant and a plain one, but the chef was making them to order and they looked incredible.

A friendly little spot, filled with authentic French treats. Not a huge cafe, but it has lots of ambience. Always a nice place to visit.

For breakfast from the best, there is simply none better in Rotorua. Meals are fantastic, service has always been exemplery, I'd never go anywhere else unless their doors were nailed shut! Atmosphere, awesome. Staff,brilliant, warm and inviting. French food at it's very best. Breakfasts to savour for a whole day.
