We turned up with no booking on Saturday night and although we we could not get a table upstairs that did not ruin our night. The food was fantastic,and huge and the brulee, well what can i say mmmm. will definitely be going back for a third time. Big thanks to our waitress for keeping us laughing all night. More

16 of us arrived for lunch and I think we swamped the staff. I felt the meals were slapped together quickly and one even had a hair in it. Management didn't really comment on it. I would probably give them another chance as Speights Ale Houses are generally really good. More
