Returned to Balthazar after 5 years and it was as good as I remembered it to be. Portions can be a bit small but the food was still innovative, well cooked and superbly presented. Service was attentive but not intrusive and the fact that it was full on a Thursday night is testament to its popularity.

Outstanding in every way. Well priced for first class food, excellent wine list and great service. Thoroughly recommend. Among Perth's very best.

Love the cuisine and very different environment. Very romantic setting and if you need that extra intimate room, they do have a booking for private function for up to 10. Small area, but suits intimacy or for business dinner. Lovely menus and great staff.
