Have eaten here a few times but honestly can't remember the meals being so small! There's no doubt the food is beautiful but there just simply isn't enough (unless u order everything on the menu!). I'm talking really about the main dishes - very small - barely a mouthful when sharing among others.

We were here in July 2012 for lunch, we had a great lunch, the steak tartare and the beef cheeks were great, really everything was. The only complaint is that the drinks are very over priced to the point were you would rather go without than pay the prices.

We recently had lunch in this restaurant on a Saturday. We hadn't booked, and were lucky to get a table in the bar. We arrived at about 12:15 - any later and we woudl have missed out. Very good staff, they were a great help with explaining the menu. Quite a different take on tapas - some quite unusual (in... More

Isn't this just a wonderful destination a great familiar and friendly atmosphere, casual service that is knowledgeable and efficient the place, and the place next door which are really the same is always full, if you can't get into one, go to the other and satisfaction will be the same great Spanish style tapas, fresh, well portioned and priced A... Had the best table in the house...a cosy, tucked away booth, perfect for the freezing night in Melbourne. The food was great, really clever concepts and plating - the mackerel wowed our table and the lamb neck just disappeared on our tongues. The quality of seafood was fantastic. Be wary that portions are quite small but that makes you inclined... More

Went there last monday night - because we were six we had to have chef's choice. It was like there were two chefs - the first three courses were well presented and tasty - sardines, blood sausage and Mackeral. Unfortunately the last part of the meal, beef cheeks (I think) and field mushrooms lacked in presentation and finesse. I also... More

This is the best tapas I have ever eaten, I have spent months in Spain and Portugal on business but never had food as good as this If you are a Foodie you must visit this venue.

Our favorites were the Steak Tartare, and the Anchovies with Tomato Sorbet. We chose our own wine which was a mistake. Probably should have asked to make a better choice. The local street art was amazing. Definitely recommend that everyone goes here at some time. Fantastic.

Although all the food was beautiful the beef cheeks were a stand out. Casual atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. Although as with most places it was a little noisy at times. Hence me scoring the restaurant low on these points as it was difficult to have a in depth conversation. The selection of dishes we were presented with suited everyone's... More

My daughter shouted me lunch at MoVida and what an experience it was. The food was delicious, the service perfect. I'd certainly revisit MoVida if I had the chance. (It's a bit pricey for my pocket)
