The late afternoons are amazing here. Especially during the warmer months. The Happy Hours are very cheap for Sydney prices and very easy to spend hours here without noticing! Can't wait for my next drink.

Loved visiting the Beresford Hotel (bars are called hotels in Australia)! The bar/eating area is very trendy. Drinks are a bit pricey but worth it!
The decor is very classy, yet, trendy.
We had appetizers which were very delicious.
And the eye candy? Whoa! So many sexy men and women were there all night! This is one of my all...

This place is like nowhere else in Sydney. Start with chilled tunes and drinks in the awesome courtyard in the afternoon/ early evening. Then head upstairs in the evening for some of the most amazing undiscovered live talent in Australia. Seriously fun night of dancing to some unbelievable music, both DJ's and live bands. I've heard that international bands have...

We ended up eating here for a company lunch and so glad we did. The crowd is usually chill during the weekday...though can get a little more poppin' towards the last afternoon.
I had the Sirloin + Polenta Chips and loved it. I'm a big fan of polenta so I couldn't pass up the chance to munch on them. The...

This is where the beautiful people go to chill of a weekend afternoon, and it's a great venue. There's a lot to like here; quality food, a well stocked bar, friendly and impressively knowledgeable bar staff, a massive beer garden, comfy indoor seats and good music are highlights. The hours slip away quickly.
The only real thing to dislike is...

Friday afternoon lunch.
No booking for 10-12 people so I suppose it was fortunate to be able to be offered a table - in the outdoor courtyard with smokers. Non-smokers of the world unite and take over: eating in a smoker's courtyard is just disgusting.
Food is over hyped, over priced, and plain ordinary at best (at least the things...

Great bar just near Talyor Sqaure in Sydney. It's a short walk from the city and close to many other bars and restaurants in Surry Hills and Oxford Street. As well as a awesome courtyard the food is delicious!
The Beresford is a multi-function venue which the Hemmes family bought for song and which they've turned into a garden retreat amidst the ashphalt. Very young and straight on fri and sat nights, very blended and gay on sundays. Always a stylish crowd and always a slickly presented space. It's one of the few venues to which i'll take international...

Located in popular Surry Hills you'll find casual neighbourhood pub, The Beresford. Unlike the small bars popping up around town lately, this place is huge. There's a front bar, a bistro at the back, my favourite - a huge beer garden, plus an upstairs live music venue. You can pretty much be sure it will always be packed, and it...
