Always a treat at Sage and the matched wines just top it off. A great way to sample wines you wouldn't ordinarily try, matched with the food, and with a little postcard at the end to summarise what it was you have been tasting. Not to be missed.

Have been to Sage Restaurant for a few different occasions, and I have never left disappointed - quite the opposite!!
