Re-visited Kalypso in April, and again the experience was fabulous. The quality and range of food is excellent and the hospitality shown by Evripedes, Kiki and Martin is to be savoured. We really love Lindos and we really love Kaypso. We recommend you vist, you wont be disappointed. More

I got married at St Pauls Bay in Lindos in september this year, After the ceremony and photos we walked throught he village to the Kalypso for our reception. We have visited Lindos for many years but never eaten in Kalypso. What a find - we ate there three times during our week and had amazing food every time. We would have eaten there three times if we'd stayed longer in Lindos. The cooking is amazing. We found this place while we were mooching around in the afternoon, it looked good so we went back for dinner. We were charmed by the authenticity of the building and the quality of the food. It's good to still be able to enjoy some old fashioned hospitality when everywhere seems determined to push the fast-food route. More

Sometimes you might feel a bit discouraged on Rhodes - restaurants on the "main drags" often have billboard touting hamburgers and weinerschnitzel. Kalypso was so much above the rest of the pack that we went back there the next day. Having read the reviews on tripadvisor...we managed to find Kalypso hidden away in the myriad of streets in the village of Lindos. We had a table in the open courtyard which was just gorgeous as evening turned to night. Some very nice local wine washed down a gorgeous moussaka and was followed by complimentary cake and ouzo from the owners.... More
