My husband and I were invited out to King Sitric restaurant for a meal tonight. As I do not eat any fish, the first thing I did during the week was to look up sample menu's, and also reviews of this restaurant,
The sample menu's and actual menu's tonight are obviously fish orientated, being a fish restaurant. Not much choice...

Wad there on the 13th July an had a lovely nite with my girlfriend we stayed in the hotel an had dinner in there fantastic restaurant . Food was beautiful scallops are mouth watering and sushi was beautiful first I tasted it . Steak and cod for dinner which was well cooked and to finish some really nice cheese .....

Make the effort and visit this lovely first floor restaurant, only 15/20 minutes out of Dublin city centre is well worth the visit. Super menu with a great offering of fresh seafood and shellfish dishes.

We ate twice within a week at the King Sitric. The location offer stunning views, if you are lucky enough to get a table at the window. Went there for the second time in April 2011 specifically for their wines. Very nice selection at reasonable price (they're trying to "get rid" of old bottles).
So we did treat ourselves with 2 good bottles. Unfortunately, the dinner menu we had was no match to the wine. Presentation really basic, and nothing exceptional in the plate.
