My wife and I dined here during our holiday in Connemara. To be honest we were disappointed. You have to climb three flights of stairs to the restaurant. Have visited EJ King's many times over the years. Well done on maintaining excellent food and efficient, friendly staff. The portions are generous, prices are reasonable and the ambience and decor are perfect. Another very nice evening. More

We only had one night in Clifden and decided we would try this place out. The food was very good, some of the best fish and chips I had while in Ireland! There is no excuse for poor service on any night. Certainly, this is not indicative of our normal service in EJ's.
