Highly recommended by our hotel and many guests, we had a memorable meal. Their early bird is till 9 pm and is very reasonably priced. My organic salad was excellent as was my halibut well prepared.. They use all local ingredients and take pride in their presentation . More

We recently visited the White Sage Restaurant in Adare, it was mid week and the restaurant was very quite. This did not bother us too much as we were both hungry. Hubby started with Chicken Livers which he is still talking about and I have roast turnip soup which was delicious. For our mains we had lamb and venison, they... More

Got the early bird menu which was very good value and with good choices. For starter had the chicken and lobster sausage in the lobster bisque. Was very tasty and quite unusual. Breads that were served with the starter were lovely. My friend got the potato and smoked salmon gratin which was very nice as well and I will get... More

Had two evening meals here. The food was absolutely superb. Home cooking, healthly with a wide range of meats and fish with original menus complimented but a limited but good value and carefully selected wine list. Bobbie and her husband (chef) have a really winner here, as the lovals who packed the place obviously know. Can't wait to go back.... More

The White Sage is a very comfortable and cosy restaurant and even though it is quite small, the tables were distanced enough from one another that each party was able to have a private experience, without having to speak quietly. The waiter was very efficient, he was friendly without being intruding. The menu was good (even if wine selection (by... More

We enjoyed the food but were shocked by the customer service and how bally we were treated and spoken to very agressively by the owner. It ruined the whole experience More
