An italian colleague took us and chose all the food we ate. It was simply divine! The starter mozzarella and aubergines were amazing and the pasta was brilliant. Never tasted such good food in my life! Unfortunately staff could barely speak english so we might not have had the same experience had we not been with a local

I have eaten here several times and tried several dishes. Was never disappointed... The pizza "Massa" is particularly recommended....

quiet, elegant and food is very good. Only Italian spoken but luckily one of the waiters had a 'brief' knowledge of the English language.

we were only in Caserta for two days and ate here twice, whcih is very unlike us!!
We arrived at lunchtime and upon dropping our bags, our hotel recommended the Antica Hostaria Massa for lunch. The place has a lot of history, having been going since 1848. We were not that hungry so we just went for pizza... I ordered...

you have to try the "stoccafisso". The restaurant is quite expensive...but at least you have quality. Really nice place.
