We went as a group of friends on a snowboarding week in the Val di Fassa area, and would arrive by car from our hotel to the Lupo Bianco hotel's parking lot. From there we would take the chairlifts to the adjacent slopes, and come back for lunch at the hotel's restaurant.

We stopped and had a late lunch outdoors at the White Wolf. Breathtaking scenery, beautiful weather, great service. And the food! The food shows the cross-country heritage of a place that might be equal parts Italy, Germany and Austria.
