Stopped off for a bite to eat on the way home from Kielder after a days cycling. Had a lovely meal, great quality and good sized portions, drinks aren't a rip off and the staff are friendly and helpful. All five of use really enjoyed our meals and although it's 35 miles from home we will definitely be going back.

Decided to pay a revisit after a fantastic home cooked hot pot. Can only say something has been lost. Very disappointed with the quality of food on this revisit. Hope this can be rectified as the atmosphere was excellent.

Very good coffee followed by an excellent panini freshly prepared. Not the usual roadside cafe, an upmarket bistro with an excellent airy atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping at or making a special journey to.
