My friends and i decided to venture up the conwy valley for sunday lunch today, we saw the sign for "y tanerdy" so we turned up unannounced. We were greeted by a pleaseant member of staff who showed us to our table. Food was very nice, menu was exciting. Service was excellent, we were asked whether 'everything was ok' at... More

This restaurant is a must if you live in the area or are visiting the area. An enjoyable dining experience. Food was excellent and the ingredients fresh and locally sourced. The waiter was both knowledgeable and personable. A shame that there were few diners. Tucked away at the end of a small street, it is well worth the effort to... More

My mum and dad have raved about this place for over a year now, and we felt it about time we checked it out. What a place! Okay so it is a bit out of the way (We're near Liverpool) but am without doubt going to be visiting again soon. Ticked every box for me (quality of ingredients, cooking, service... More

Went today with my fiance for sunday lunch and loved it. We both had the beef and we were very impressed! Good sized portions and the service was great. Will be going again.

Booked here based on the reviews here and a glance at the menu. The food was truly delicious and there was more than enough of it! Unfortunately we were the only people in there on a Saturday night, which was a crying shame. However the waitress was excellent, she managed to be there when required without giving that feeling that... More

If you like masterchef type food and fine dining then this is for you,but if like me you rather double the food for half the prize don't go. Also could do with outside light at night, wasn't easy going down stairs in the dark when leaving.

My partner & I dined here on a friday night. The menu was great and it was very difficult to choose what to eat, everything looked amazing! We had a 3 course meal, portion sizes were great and the mix of flavors very very good. I recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling through or living in North Wales!

We had Sunday lunch here, which is a set menu with four choices for each course. It was about fifteen pounds for 3 courses, which was incredibly good value. The food is very high quality, perfectly cooked and there was a good choice. (Also, my parent visited for Sunday lunch 2 weeks later and the menu was different but equally... More

My wife and I had lunch here on Sunday, 10th June, 2012. Our reception was perfect. Pre meal drinks in the form of a bottle of medium dry white from France appeared promptly. So also did a bottle of sparkling water bottled at source in nearby Tofarth. Starters, main courses and sweets were just perfect. Some time elapsed between courses,... More
