Lovely little bakery with friendly staff. Great choice off cakes, loved the chewy caramel slice! YUM. Well priced too. Nice to sit outside when it's sunny and people watch.

My wife and I ate there today. My wife had a gluten free brownie and myself a regular chocolate brownie. both were fabulous. very generous servings and a lovely place to go for a relaxed afternoon tea.
We popped into the tea house for an early lunch and we were made to feel so welcome. I tried a jacket potato with a couple of the chutneys and a side salad, my wife had the cheese scone ploughmans. The food was fresh and very nicely presented - we particularly liked the cheeky chutney. There was a good choice...

Though small, the shop also has outdoor tables, with blankets and hot water bottles for those that want them. The menu is extensive and innovative, with a mix of favourites and something different, and a...

Rosie Lea is just how a tea shop should be with proper teapots and bone china cups. The staff couldn't do enough for us, making our afternoon tea a real treat.
I booked ahead only because two people in our party needed a gluten free diet and it was lovely... The food was displayed on cake stands and there was...
