Eaten here many times and never disappointing. Staff are friendly and helpful and always willing to do something off menu. Good wine list. Great for a group.
The food was good however I was extremely shocked to see that the lettuce and carrots not eaten were reused on other customers. Sorry but I shall not be eating here again.
We ordered a take out for two for a nice quiet sat night in.....very disappointed with this choice of restaurant. Honey spare ribs £5.95, just fatty miniature pieces. Veg tempura was just soggy cauliflower and broccoli. The Massaman curry at £12.95 was tasteless runny and full of oil. Pad phric chicken, greasy and submerged in chilli, no taste of lemongrass... The restaurant is in a nice building with lots of charachter, sadly on a saturday night it was pretty empty, not much atmosphere. The service was terrible with numerous mistakes and long waits despite there being more staff than customers. The food was passable but nothing special at all, small portions, tired ingredients and dull presentation. Won't be going back... More

The lighting was dreadful, but even that couldnt improve the ambience, while the 'Greek' loos (ie toilet tissue in the basket pls as cistern is... More
Found this place tucked away and thought the menu looked great so booked a table, we went back that evening and weren't disappointed. Really lovely building, service was great and the food was delicious and authentic. Would certainly return and recommend to anyone.
Great food , friendly staff. Highly recommend if you want Thai in newbury. Always filled with locals, they do carry out as well.

The only thing I could fault it for was the length of time it took to get our meals,... More

Food arrived pretty swiftly, mixed starter was fine, the usual array of prawns and crab cakes. Main course was very authentic tasting Pad Thai and a really... More
