Have been dinning at the Stanwix Tandoori every Friday for many years and have been delighted with the food, service and price. This restaurant has very nice decor and a menu to suit all customers. Highly recommend.

Takeaway tonight was very disappointing. Chicken Korma & chicken Madras were tasteless and watery. Won't be going back!!!!!

This was my first visit to this restaurant for several years. Really disappointing food - pakora was stodgy and tasteless, main course of lamb and chick peas didn't taste of anything and wasn't particularly fresh! 9.30 on a friday evening and three other customers - says it all really. Great atmosphere, staff who cater to your every need. You want something they will try there hardest to provide.food is tasty and the naan bread is like a floating cloud. Don't normally like naan bread but would order here as like no other place. Would highly recommend.

Me and my fiancé visited the restaurant last friday night. We were more than impressed with the service, food served and our overall experience. Friendly staff, nice food, very large portions and excellent value for money. We couldnt believe the price of our bill when it arrived! Definitely recommended!

I really can't understand the good reviews. I've been three times. Once was ok but the other 2 visits were appalling. The food lacks spice and doesn't taste fresh. The decor is really jaded - think typical 1970s curry house Staff were pleasant though
