Whenever I visit Tromsø, I make an effort in visiting Presis. Apart from the relaxed feeling and the truly wonderful coffee they serve, the food is exquisite. All the ingredients appear to be treated with care and flavours are well matched. If nearby, it is a shame to miss out!
