As I life near Vienna, a visit once a year is a minimum must.
It is a typical Pub, so before 5pm there’s only the entrance area open, so smoking is allowed, just a few tables are available. Not the best time to go there.
But after 5pm the downstairs area is opened. There is lots of space and non-smoking....

The food here is typical bar food, but the Australian beer and convival pub quiz atmostphere make this a worthwhile visit. Make sure to reserve a table on Tuesdays for the quiz night!
I've visited this pub the last time I've been to Vienna and I liked everything about it: the food, the good selection of beer, the atmosphere, the service, the music and the way it's decorated. A nice atmosphere escially for teenagers. Food is awfull - the burgers consist of a dull bun, a small piece of meat and a tiny sice of tomato; accompanyed by a small portion of fries. And the price is an amazing 12 Euros. This is a rip off. Besides this good beer available and a kind of party mood.
A friendly and conveniently located Aussie pub behind the Hotel Sacher. Range of beers, large screen TV for sport and games downstairs. Aussie grub looked appetising as it was carried past us, especially if you like crocodile and ostrich!
Absolutely brilliant! amazingly friendly staff. good value for money and last but certainly not least, very very good beer. i would recommend the ayers rock from the tap!
nice bar but too noice. It is a good option to eat cheap and to have a drink at the same time but not to be relax. For that look for a more expensive place

The pub's speciality is the Australian food menu which boasts crocodile or grasshoppers. The food is okay as far as pub food goes, but also a bit pricey. Beware however that many...

We went here for pommes and bier after walking around in the evening. We walked in and the smoke hits you like brick. A guy who doesn't work there told us the nonsmoking section was downstairs. The food was nothing to write home about. I was disappointed in that I expected more or different given the name of the place....
