Very good Japanese fusion food. Lots of interesting twists the purists may question! Service by Philip is excellent and how he copes with full tables is impressive. I especially recommend the coffee/whiskey desert. I didn't find the prices out of line with other restaurants locally or the portions small, especially taking Philip's advice on number of dishes. No one smoking!

We booked a table from the night before for a Friday evening and we were overwhelmed by the attentiveness of the waiter who was lovely as well as the amazing food. We were given a free starter of tuna tartare which was delicious, and then we pigged out on sushi rolls, delicious seafood soups and then for mains, I had... More

A very small venue! Reserve if you want to dine in the evening. They have traditional as well as experimental dishes. We had tuna and salmon carpaccio, proscitto! Maki and scallop plus langustino tempura, all fresh, tasty and very nicely presented.the waiter friendly, competent and helpful although alone to attend approx. 30 diners.

Went to Sosako this evening with my fiancé and we had a great time. We arrived early (6pm) and were able to get a table without a problem. However mid way throught our dinner the small place was packed. We had a great waiter who was very friendly and even talked us out of ordering a few items because it... More

It is definitely one of the best sushi and fusion restaurants in town, that's why I would recommend an early reservation around 1 week before you wanna go there. However, if it is more short term they really try to find you at least a time slot if possible. It is a smaller place, but you are well taken care... More

Sushi has become a world cuisine, so when my husband and I tired of the potato-centric Viennese fare, we changed it up with sushi. Sosaku combined a convenient location with good reviews, so we gave it a try, and were very happy with the outcome. After a hectic day in the city, Sosaku's serene and elegant atmosphere was very welcome... More

As simple as that, in my view it is the best sushi in town. It is very small therefore the reservation is a must. Only one drawback (the reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5), it is allowed to smoke inside and being very small there is not no-smoking area, making it a problem for non-smokers or... More

We were staying at the Altstadt hotel, and this restaurant was literally at the bottom of the street. We chose to dine there after looking for something local and using good old Trip Advisor. It's a small restaurant, sitting about 24 people. The food is excellent as well as the service, you can feel the passion for the food when... More

Enjoyed the plentiful lunch menu in a surprisingly empty restaurant, heard it’s packed over dinner time. The fish soup was a disappointment (fish too hard and dry), otherwise everything very, very good, especially sushi (perfect temperature of rice). If I ever happen to be in the area will certainly go there again.
