I was a little disappointed, thought it was a little too cool for its own good, and needed to get over itself. Beers were interesting, but the staff were too busy being uber cool to bother with an old tourist like me, visiting family in Copenhagen. Good atmosphere, lively, convivial, ok value, but bar staff need to treat everyone equally... More

The beer here is amazing, no doubt. However, even for Copenhagen prices, it is not worth the money. Mikkeller is a great micro-brewery, but it's hard to get an honest opinion on the beer from one of the bartenders because they're going to tell you it's the best beer you've ever had. While for some brews that may be true... More

Cozy little place to enjoy a beer. Went here with the hubby one night and wasn't disappointed. Huge selection of craft beer and nice staff that can help suggest the right beer based on what you like. I went for a few small (20cl) beers, perfect size for sampling :)

Great beers from this Danish microbrewery, great sausage (that's the only thing on the menu besides potato chips), great vibes, service, and yes, you can taste before you commit to a full glass. Right off Vesterbrogade, a few blocks from the central train station.

I went to Mikkeller based on tripadvisor reviews and let me say the place does not disappoint. Their focus is beer, great beer, but they have other stuff too. I discovered the place by seeing a group of 20 people outside for a bachelor party. One was lost when it came to the toilet, one decided his stomach was not... More

If you like beer and you are visiting Copenhagen you must go to Mikkeller. A choice of twenty beers - 15 of which were Mikkeller beers and strengths ranged from 3.5% up to 13%. The staff are really knowledgeable and are more than happy to serve tasters until you decide which beer you want. We initially had a large glass... More

Really cosy beer place in Copenhagen. Small snack selection, but huge locally produced beer. Really really nice place

Didn't think places like this existed in Europe! I'm from San Diego, CA and this place serves stuff on par with Alesmith and the Lost Abbey. Knowledgeable staff and descent draft selection of local stuff. Loved the imperial stout, but the 1000 IBU IPA was a bit over the top. Too much hops and hop extract for me and I... More

Popped in for a drink - how to choose with so much choice! Bar staff friendly and helpful, giving a taster before buying. Like the size of glasses and the prices are good value. I loved the cherry wine. The snacks of sausages and cheese looked very appetising. Was not crowded when I went but could get cosy.
