This was probably one of the best and most friendly restaurants in Rethymon. Very interesting dishes that we saw nowhere else (eg greens balls and mustard shrimps). Extremely tasty and worth a visit or two, with very affordable prices. More

Tucked away round the corner from the more reknowned (and expensive) Avli restaurant this place was always quite busy and never had to resort to touts/greeters. We went there twice and had four good quality Cretan dishes served with a little imagination.Good service and great value. More

Dining in this cosy garden with my family. Friendly staff, excellent menu and the taste of the food, wow. In dutch we call it "tongstrelend"! We had a selection of starters combined with this nice bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon which was terrific. The variety of the menu is one of the best I've seen. A true hidden gem! More

We've just got back from a week in Rethymnon and visited this restaurant after seeing the reviews, it was worth the visit. Beautiful setting, great service, food and wine. We had the lamb and prawn mousakka, not expensive and comp starter dips and coconut cake :-) A must visit if you're in the Old Town. More
