Small restaurant, located near the Library. Professional service, Menu reduced but with much quality, allows a meal to measure your appetite. Serves wine by the glass. Excellent relation quality-price. No doubt a place to repeat it back to Sintra.

This was the best meal we had in Portugal. The mushroom soup with truffle oil and poached egg was incredible. The foie gras scrumptuous. Very friendly and helpful waiter, intimate atmosphere. Highly recommend
Excellent in all respects. One of the best meals I have had, period. And by far the best I had in Sintral. Yum!

Don't let the weird name put you off. G Spot offers interesting, modern Portuiese cuisine in an intimate setting. We loved our foie gras, which is prohibited back home. Two of us had duck risotto and one had grilled salmon. Everything was delicious.
The friendly waiter helped us pick a good wine to go with our meals.

On our second day back in Sintra we visited this restaurant for dinner mainly because of the reviews on TA. It is nice and cosy. Very competent sommelier and decent food.
A very friendly and welcoming experience. We had the gastronomic menu, which was very good value and well cooked. The cod in particular was cooked perfectly. Very good wine list too. It was a bit quiet, but we were eating at 7:30, which is very early for Portugal.

This is the place to go in Sintra. We did not choose the tasting menu, becuase my husband is not usually a fan, but it looked amazing. We asked for some options off the menu, e.g., side salad, which were accommodated cheerfully and the results were awesome. The waiter was wonderful and also gave us the last bottle of a...

We were recommended to go to Gspot Gastronomia by a Portuguese Somellier friend friend Victor Amaro, who knows the owner and Portuguese No 1 Somellier Manuel Moreira. Manuel was away in Alentejo but we were well looked after by a knowledgeable and pleasant 'deputy'. We chose the tasting menu, which was excellent quality and good value, although for some courses...

We were there for lunch, so a limited menu was available. However, we had a starter, two mains and a salad. It was simply superb!
The only thing was that only one desert was available, and I am alergic to chocolate ... so no desert for me.
The service was 5* and the salmon salad to die for.
It is...
