We arrived just before seven pm and were the only people there apart from a party of locals drinking and watching the new pope announcements. We waited over thirty minnutes for an order to be taken, but then the food arrived relatively quickly afterward. the food was acceptable and in parts enjoyable, and the restaurant very quickly got busy. The... More

In all the places we had been too, this was the worst. It wasn't really really bad but you can get other better food at other places. It is not great value either. I had scallops and they were bit rubbery, my boyfriend had the peri peri chicken and it was really oily with not much taste. Had nice sangria... More

Having read the reviews on trip advisor we decided to give this place a try and were not disappointed. Food & service were very good. The place was really busy, mainly locals which is always a good sign. Prices also very reasonable

Second visit this year. To emphasise the previous reviewers point, all is generally well. The menu here runs from light meals and snacks to hearty local surf and turf. Our party of four all enjoyed their meals. It was the end of the evening - we ordered about 10 pm and the staff were still friendly and efficient. This is... More

Working on the assumption that everywhere gets a bad review at sometime or other, I think we can take the last reviewer's as that and move on. Just got back from Atelier de Comida Sto Antonio and can report that everything was excellent. Even managed to find the place without too much difficulty, which is a first for us (Tip:... More

There were several other English-speaking couples in the restaurant when we arrived. No local people entered while we were there – it felt like a Trip Advisor Convention! The Piri-Piri Chicken (a local delicacy) tasted liked deep-fried chicken with a dash of Worcester Sauce. We were not asked what we would like to accompany the chicken – we were given... More

We had an excellent meal in this restaurant during a recent trip to Faro. My friend has the "selection of fish" and I had the monkfish with prawns. For 6.50e there was amazing amount of fish in the first dish and my meal was I think was about 11 or 12e and was delicious. We ordered a very good bottle... More

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel and was wonderful. Service was lacking, but food was very good and very reasonable. It was worth the walk.
